Is it a chatbot?

No. ZeroACE is a digital operator — it sells across voice and web chat, and on the orders you run yourself it also runs the invoice, shipping, and updates. With a connected store platform it sells the same way and answers “where is my order?” from that platform's own record, which keeps running the operation.

Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes — always. Every conversation opens by saying so, and it is not a setting anyone can switch off. That disclosure is what the EU AI Act's Article 50 requires. Nobody is being tricked; what they notice is that someone answered straight away.

What languages does it speak?

Accepted Answer

Whichever one your customer writes or speaks in — the assistant replies in their language, and it is not limited to a fixed list. The order notifications and status updates we write ourselves ship in six: English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French and Italian.

What if it can't handle a request?

Accepted Answer

When it's unsure it asks, and when it can't resolve something it hands over to you. Prices and stock come from the server, so it cannot invent them to close a sale.

Can it handle returns?

You can run returns and exchanges from the console. On Shopify they go through Shopify's own returns, so that platform stays the record. Starting one is something you do — a customer cannot ask the assistant for it yet.

What counts as a conversation?

A single customer thread the agent handles — whether it arrives by web chat, WhatsApp or a phone call. WhatsApp's own per-message fees, where Meta charges them, are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp account and aren't part of your plan.

What if I go over my plan?

Chat keeps working and is never billed per conversation — the monthly figure is a guide, not a cap. Voice is the one part we meter: turn its overage on and extra minutes are billed at $0.15 each at the end of the period; leave it off and calls fall back to you.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel — export your data, no lock-in.

Is the AI allowed to touch my money?

No. Prices, totals, and stock are verified on the server, and payments land in your own account. The AI's job is to talk, not to count.

Anywhere you can open a payment account with one of our supported providers — that is where your business needs to be based. Who you sell to is not limited: your assistant serves customers wherever they are. You will see the exact list when you sign up, and you can tell us if your country is not on it yet.

Do I have to change my current systems?

Accepted Answer

No. It works with whatever payment, shipping, and accounting you already use. Where your store platform already runs a step — invoicing and shipping, say — ZeroACE stays out of the way and that platform stays the record. Nothing to migrate in, nothing to untangle if you leave.

What do I need to set up?

Do I have to pay for voice if I only want chat?

Accepted Answer

No. Core is chat-only at $99 a month plus the 2% commission on what the agent sells, and it gates no text channel. Voice starts at Growth, where the minutes come with the plan rather than as a separate charge.

Can I get a phone number in my country?

Accepted Answer

In most countries, yes. Some require business documents before a number can be issued — you will see which when you set it up.
